Diploma in Advanced Sound Engineering+ 1 month industry internship
This comprehensive 15-month program is designed to equip students with advanced skills and hands-on experience in sound engineering. The course includes four terms of core audio engineering curriculum covering all aspects of sound theory, digital audio workstations, live sound, studio recording, mixing and mastering. An additional term focuses on specialised topics such as film sound and advanced sound design, film mixing, game audio, virtual reality, Dolby Atmos technology for immersive surround sound, and advanced audio production techniques.
Students will engage in major projects to apply their learning in real-world scenarios, showcasing their abilities in music production, film scoring, and game audio. The program culminates into a 1-month industry internship, providing invaluable professional experience and industry connections. Eligibility for Advanced Sound Engineering
- 12th passing certificate or (equivalent education certificates)
- Basic vocational proficiency in English and Hindi preferred.
- Basic understanding of sound engineering is a plus.

Course Objectives
The aim of the 15 month program is to create industry proficient audio professionals.
- This course will skillfully train and mentor students in the many disciplines relating to audio consoles, studio equipment, recording, signal processing, mixing and pro audio workflows.
- Students will be enabled to score to picture and compose music for specific visual media, such as ads.
- Students will learn the many techniques relating to advanced sound design, enabling them to apply these skills to film, game, animation and other multimedia formats making them professionals who are sought out as highly skilled professionals.
- Students will be taught to record in complex scenarios employing multi-miking techniques to record full ensembles and manage complex microphone placement and recording scenarios.
- Advanced song and score mixing will be crucial responsibilities to present finished work to an audience, which students will be carefully guided through and given timely feedback on to make further improvements.
