Due to the digital nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds once:

  • A course has been accessed or a module has been viewed/downloaded.
  • Learning materials have been delivered or made available.

However, refunds may be considered if:

  • You're unable to access the course due to technical issues on our end.
  • You purchased the wrong course and haven’t accessed any content.
  • The course description was significantly misleading.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 or 14 days of purchase.
